TotalMounter

TotalMounter is free software designed for anyone who wants to mount a virtual CD/DVD burner in order to burn data to an ISO file. TotalMounter can mount up to ten different types of disk images thanks to a controller that emulates CD/DVD readers.

This virtual unit emulator can perform operations with CDs, DVD-ROMs, RAM, and RW. It can validate the image mounting process with ISO or BIN as well as burn them.

Another great feature included in TotalMounter is its capacity to create and mount virtual disc files (IMG and VHD) so you can easily store large amounts of data in just one file. The IMG file can even be password-protected for better security. You can also initiate and mount iSCSI files.

Creating an image with TotalMounter just requires you to specify its size in megabytes, its path, and an optional password.

Your system will automatically recognize this tool and run all of the controls necessary to launch it. Once that's done, you can easily start burning your ISO files.
